Wonderfully friendly and excellent staff, had absolutely amazing stay!!!
I had the suite which was comfortable and beautiful on second level. Its location in Marrakesh was amazing and particularly good, adjacent to Jemaa El-Fnaa square, the living areas and a specially prepared desert...

The rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxation and sun.
While the location was somewhat secluded and quiet, it made it a challenge to find the riad initially. The lack of a TV felt isolating after long days of exploring. I felt the dining options should be clearer about what meals are included in the stay. The unexpected charges were frustrating.

Charming decor and cozy vibe. The restaurant staff was super nice, and the food was consistently fantastic. We enjoyed some lovely evening drinks by the rooftop pool.
We noticed some extra charges for items we assumed were included in our stay, so definitely check on that at check-in.

I stayed in the Superior King Suite for 5 nights and it was super cozy! The room had a fireplace, feel really warm and inviting. It was spacious, decorated beautifully, and had this charming Moroccan vibe. The wood-burning fireplace was a nice touch, especially at night. The only thing that was a bit off was that the lighting could be a little dim at times, but overall, it reminded me of a serene retreat!

An oasis of elegance and comfort
We recently spent 2 nights in a fine suite with a pool view, and it was genuinely the highlight of our trip. The design blends Italian and Moroccan elements beautifully. Especially Nassira, were attentive. The breakfast was good, with something different every day that fueled our explorations around the Medina. If I had to point out one minor detail, I would say the stairs to the top floor could be a challenge for some.
